Transcriptional profiling of striatum from a mouse model of Huntington's disease (Q140) crossed with Msh3 heterozygous and homozygous mice [Msh3 snRNA-seq]

ABSTRACT: Striatum was isolated from 12-month-old Msh3+/- and Msh3-/- mice crossed with the Q140 knock-in (KI) HD mice and their respective controls. Transcriptomic analysis (snRNASeq) was performed on 6 genotypes: WT, Q140, Msh3+/-, Q140 X Msh3+/-, Msh3-/-, and Q140 X Msh3-/-, 4 replicates per genotype.
