Effect of depletion of GPRC5C from smooth muscle cells (SMC) on gene expression in mice

ABSTRACT: To investigate the consequence of Gprc5c knocking out in SMC on mRNA transcriptioinal level, EGFP-expressing smooth muscle cells were sorted by FACS from skeletal muscle vasculature of tamoxifen-induced control and iSM-G5C-KOs carrying the mTmG reporter strain.
