RNA-sequencing from fetal thymocytes and thymus, lung and bronchus epithelial cells.

ABSTRACT: To investigate the contributions of immune and stromal cells to the production of interferon in the thymus, we performed bulk RNA-sequencing on thymocytes, thymic epithelial cels, bronchial epithelial cells and lung epithelial cells.
