Loss of EIF4G2 Mediates Aggressiveness in Distinct Endometrial Cancer Subpopulations with Adverse Outcomes in Patients


ABSTRACT: Low EIF4G2 protein expression was shown to have a poor OS of endometrial patients. Control and EIF4G2KD HEC-1A cells were sorted using CD133 merker to CD133+ and CD133- populations. These populations were taken to RNAseq and MS analysis to explore the mechanism.
