Injured sensory neurons-derived Galectin-3 contributes to neuropathic pain via programming microglia in the spinal dorsal horn


ABSTRACT: Gal3 plays an important role in chronic pain through the activation of microglia. We used single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-Seq) to uncover the mechanisms of Gal3-activated microglia in pain regulation.
