Evaluation of coloncyte genes in TNBS-induced colitis mice treated with I3C

ABSTRACT: Transcriptome analysis was performed on enriched colon-dervied epithelial cells from non-colitis and TNBS-induced female Balb/cJ mice untreated or treated with indole-3-carbinol (I3C). We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression to identify distinct classes of upregulated and downregulated genes among experimental groups.
