ABSTRACT: To investigate the effects of α-KG on monocyte gene expression, magnetic beads-sorted CD14+ human monocytes from MPN patients (PT, n = 3) and healthy individuals (HI, n = 2) were incubated with α-KG (250μM) or DMSO control for 6 hours. Cell pellets were collected for RNA-seq analysis.
