ABSTRACT: R-Spondin 3 (Rspo3) has been reported to exert either oncogenic or tumor suppressive functions in tumorigenesis. However, the exact roles and the molecular mechanisms of RSPO3 in colon cancer development are not explored. Here, single-cell RNA-seq was performed to deeply dissect the underlying mechanism by which Rspo3 inhibits colorectal tumorigenesis and growth.
