Transcriptomic changes of the aging choroid plexus in wistar rats.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Choroid plexus is the main producer of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). It is speculated that CSF production decreases with aging. We are investigating the transcriptomic changes happening in the aging choroid plexus together with quantative measurements of the CSF production to elucidate the possible molecular mechanisms for these CSF production changes.
