RNA-seq of MCF-7 cells with ER or FOXA1 knockout and/or GDC-9545 treatment

ABSTRACT: We measured gene expression using RNA-sequencing for MCF-7 cells with and without CRISPR-Cas9-mediated knockout of ER or FOXA1, and in the presence of vehicle or giredestrant (GDC-9545) treatment. RNP is ribonucleoprotein. NTC is non-targeting control.
