ABSTRACT: Ten-week-old C57BL/6J mice were subjected to unilateral hind limb ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury by postural suspension method for 4 hours, and then treated with aspirin anti-inflammatory group and peptide functionalized hydrogel drug. RNA-seq analysis was then performed.
