Effect of SNO-Septin2 in macrophage inflammation and migration

ABSTRACT: We analyzed differentially expressed genes in bone marrow drived macrophages (BMDMs) from wild-type or Sept2C111A mice treated with 30ng/ml TNF-α for 24 hours to explore the mechanism that SNO-septin2 regulates inflammation and migration of macrophages.
