SPINDOC promotes genome-wide redistribution of Spindlin1


ABSTRACT: Spindlin1 is a histone reader with three Tudor-like domains and its reader activity of histone methylation could be attenuated by SPINDOC. To validate such a role in cellular context, we performed ChIP-Seq in HEK293 cell with SPINDOC overexpressed cell line and control cell line.
