Baicalein Alleviates Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure by Promoting TREM2-dependent Macrophage Polarization

ABSTRACT: Liver tissues from C57BL/6 mice with an ACLF model, subjected to either baicalein treatment or saline treatment, were collected. Bulk-RNA sequencing of liver tissues was used to explore the potential molecular mechanism of baicalein in alleviating ACLF.
