Identification of tRNA-derived Small RNAs and Their Potential Roles in Myocardial Infarction
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: tRNA-derived small RNAs (tsRNAs), as a novel type of non-coding RNAs are significantly involved in multiple cellular processes and biological functions in many diseases. Microarray analysis was used to evaluated the tsRNA expression profiles of myocardial tissue in myocardial infarction (MI) (n = 3) and sham in mice (n = 3). Bioinformatics analysis and functional experiment indicated that tsRNAs potential biological functions involved in MI.
