ABSTRACT: The histone acetylation reader ENL is identifed as a key factor controlling super-enhancer-driven transcription. Therefore, we constructed a targeted degradation system of endogenous ENL protein and investigated the roles of ENL in regulating oncogenic transcription through epigenetic reprogramming.
