Study on the mechanism of DLX5 interaction with MYCN in the occurrence and development of neuroblastoma
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Neuroblastoma is the most common childhood tumor, which has high malignant degree and low survival rate, and seriously threatens the life and health of children. MYCN is a member of the MYC family and is closely associated with the development of neuroblastoma. In addition, DLX5 (Distal-Less Homeobox 5) also promotes cell proliferation by upregulating MYC promoter activity, but the role of DLX5 in neuroblastoma remains unclear. The aim of this study was to reveal the mechanism of DLX5 in the occurrence and development of neuroblastoma and to explore the targeted treatment strategy of neuroblastoma.
