ABSTRACT: The primary objective for collecting RNA-seq data in this study was to uncover the molecular mechanisms through which various drug impacts cardiovascular health. Specifically, the study aimed to explore how these drugs affects monocyte-to-macrophage differentiation and endothelial cell functions, both of which are crucial in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases.
