Genome-wide DNA methylation profiles of well-differentiated liposarcomas (WDLPS), dedifferentiated liposarcomas (DDLPS), and normal adipose tissues
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Liposarcoma (LPS) is the most common soft-tissue sarcoma in adults, and well-differentiated LPS (WDLPS) and dedifferentiated LPS (DDLPS) are the most frequent subtypes. These LPSs are considered to develop due to disturbances in the process of adipogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells. However, the molecular mechanism of the disturbances remains unclear. Here, we aimed to identify the mechanism and take its advantage in therapy.
