IFN-γ stimulation induces immunosuppression in CRC

ABSTRACT: In the subcutaneous tumor tissue of the IFN-γ-stimulated group, pathways related to suppression, antigen presentation, and cell adhesion molecules were significantly upregulated.The corresponding differentially expressed genes, Gzmb, Cd274, Vtcn1, Irf1, Cd86 and Stat1 were also significantly activated.
