Spatial transcriptomic sequencing of day 7 tumors in G422TN-GBM model


ABSTRACT: Glioblastoma are difficult to treat because they recur quickly after treatment caused by highly aggressive tumor cells at the distal end of the tumor entity. We created a new G422TN-GBM (TN: triple negative, i.e., wild type IDH1/2, chromosome1/19 Intact and wild type TERT-promoter) model that is highly consistent with the pathological features, immune response and therapeutic response of GBM. Based on this model, we performed spatial transcriptome of intravranial G422TN-tumor at day 7 post implantaion of G422TN-cells.
