ABSTRACT: Analysis of MDA-MB-231 cells following YB1 siRNA interference or not. YB1 regulates various RNA metabolic process in MDA-MB-231 cells.Results provide insight into the role of YB1-involved mechanisms underlying YB1-mediated effects on breast cancer stemness.
