High-resolution changes in chromatin organization throughout breast cancer progression
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We used Micro-C to explore conformational changes in the cancer genome, using the MCF10 cell line as a model for breast cancer progression. We have generated 5kb-resolution maps in normal (MCF10A), pre-malignant (MCF10AT1), and metastatic (MCF10CA1a) breast cancer cell lines, and aim to identify differential enhancer-promoter interactions between the different stages of cancer progression that may contribute to oncogenesis.
