Quantification of totalRNA expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)

ABSTRACT: Microarrays were used to compare the expression of oral squamous cell carcinoma in the high and low serum IL-6 groups. The results of the analysis may also be used to understand the disease, such as whether patients with high serum IL-6 levels have a poor prognosis or nutritional and metabolic activity status.
