Characterizing the role of fibroadipogenic progenitor in experimental model of pancreatic cancer cachexia [RNASeq_FAP_timeseries]

ABSTRACT: The study aims to understand if fibroadipogenic progenitors are dysregulated in cancer-associated muscle wasting, also known as cachexia. To that end, RNA was isolated from freshly sorted FAPs at different time points including day 14, day 21, and day 26.
