Royal Jelly Acid in Ulcerative Colitis Treatment: Modulating miR-210-3P/Gbp3 Pathway and Pyroptosis via miRNA Expression and NLRP3 Inflammasome


ABSTRACT: This study focuses on the mRNA sequencing analysis of DSS-induced colitis in mice and examines the therapeutic effects of RJA. We conducted high-throughput mRNA sequencing to explore gene expression changes and the molecular mechanisms by which RJA mitigates colitis symptoms in DSS-treated mice.
