Genes deregulated by LMP2A in nasopharyngeal cancer

ABSTRACT: Our data shows that LMP2A promotes a more aggressive tumor phenotype. To evaluate the gene expression deregulated by LMP2A, RNA from the LMP2A cells and xenografted tumors were subjected to gene expression array.
