Transcriptional response to latrunculin B treatment in WT and sid2 mutants

ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of salicylic acid biosynthesis in transcriptional response to cytoskeleton disruption, we treated WT and sid2 plants (mutant deficient in ICS1) by latrunculin B for 24 h. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 biological replicates.
