ABSTRACT: Using HTA 2.0 microarrays, we demonstrate transcriptome changes in ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells induced by hypoxia, mitomycin C and their combined effect with particular emphasis on the effect of oxygen tension modification on mitomycin c activity.
