ABSTRACT: The study was designed to investigate the effects of renal denervation (RDN) on global gene expression changes in splenic CD11b+ cells after myocardial infarction (MI). Bilateral RDN was performed one day after MI. Then, splenic CD11b+ cells were isolated the from RDN group or MI group on day 5 after MI, and subjected to bulk RNA- sequencing.
