Physical Phase Transition of Mineralocorticoid Receptors Determines Preservation Quality of Donor Hearts for Transplantation

ABSTRACT: We examine the single nuclear RNA profile in the human donor heart at baseline and 10 hours of storage in HTK with/without canrenone. We also analyze the genomic occupancy of MR in these conditions.
