Gene expression profiles of intratumoral asGM1- and asGM1+CD8+ T cells in response to PD-1 inhibition

ABSTRACT: In Panc02 tumor, PD-1 blockade promotes expansion of asGM1-expressing CD8+ T cells. Our RNA-sequencing analysis has revealed transcriptionally distinct populations of CD8+ T cells based on expression of asGM1.
