Hippo pathway-mediated YAP1/TAZ inhibition is essential for proper pancreatic endocrine specification and differentiation

ABSTRACT: In order to investigate the effect of Hippo pathway in pancreatic endorince specification and differentiaion, single nucleus RNA seq was performed using mouse pancreatic tissues with Lats1&2 deletion in NGN3+ cells (NL mice). Wild type mice pancreatic tissues were also subject to same analysis as a control.
