Single-cell profiles of peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) and bone marrow mononuclear cell (BMMC) from pneumosepsis mice

ABSTRACT: Immune disorder is a major pathological feature of sepsis, and its complex mechanisms have not been clarified so far. With the help of single-cell transcriptomics technology,we propose to explore the disregulated mechanisms of heterogeneous immune cells in the periphery and bone marrow of peumosepsis hosts.
