The transcriptome of WT and DDX55 knockout CD4 naive T cells that activated for indicated time points

ABSTRACT: WT and DDX55 knockout CD4 naive T cells were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 antibodies in vitro for 0, 8, 24 hours, and the transcriptome of these cells were determined by whole-transcriptome sequencing.
