GigaMUGA mouse genotyping array data for Modifiers of Placental Function That Mediate Survival of Sfmbt2 Deficient Embryos

ABSTRACT: To search for potential modifiers of placental function that mediate the survival of Sfmbt2 deficient embryos, we analyzed 44 samples validated to be lacking paternal Sfmbt2 but still born at a low survival rate due to the presence of maternal CD1 genetic content. The genotyping was performed using Giga Mouse Universal Genotyping Array (GigaMUGA) which provides the status of >143000 SNPs. The GigaMUGA SNP array was performed on DNA extracted from brains of survivors of crosses of (CD1 X B6) F1 females with C57BLB6gt (Sfmbt2 gene trap) males.
