SIRT1 involvement in the metabolism and differentiation of human stem cells.


ABSTRACT: SIRT1, a histone deacetylase enzyme, is implicated in cellular differentiation and metabolic regulation. However, its dynamic transcriptomic role remains elusive. Here, we investigate SIRT1's involvement using H9 human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) with complete SIRT1 deletion (H9 SIRT1 -/-) undergoing dopaminergic neuron differentiation, followed by scRNAseq analysis
