Effects of overexpression of MrgD on human pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: MrgD is a new member of the RAS system and belongs to a group of G protein-coupled receptors. The main function of these receptors is to sense and generate itching or pain signals. In recent years, more and more cardiovascular research has been conducted, and it may have anti-fibrosis resistance. inflammation and other functional effects. The RAS system can maintain homeostasis in pulmonary hypertension, but the role of MrgD in pulmonary hypertension is unclear and how it affects downstream signaling pathways. Taken together, our data provide a molecular framework for the role of MrgD in pulmonary hypertension.
