CircJPH1 promote the malignant progression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

ABSTRACT: The gene-level signaling theory of circJPH1 downstream target was searched by Ailgent expression microarray technology, and the differentially expressed genes in KYSE150 cells before and after overexpression of circJPH1 were analyzed by gene microarray, and they were deleted and analyzed by GO and KEGG.
