Human airway epithelial cells co-treated with IL-4 and IL-13 for seven days.

ABSTRACT: Nasal basal epithelial cells from 6 healthy adult donors were grown in air-liquid interface (ALI) cultures for fourteen days. Cells were then treated with 10 ng/mL of IL-4 and 10 ng/mL of IL-13 for seven additional days. Next, cell lysates were used for low-input RNA-seq library preparation (Smart-seq2) and sequencing.
