RNA sequencing of THP-1 on Polyphenol-Mediated Redox-Active Hydrogel with H2S Gaseous-Bioelectric Coupling
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: A polyphenol-mediated redox-active algin/gelatin hydrogel encapsulating a conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiopene)-assembled polydopamine-mediated silk microfiber (PEDOT-PSF) network and a H2S sustained-release system utilizing bovine serum albumin nanoparticles (BNP) is developed. This hydrogel is found to reverse the hyperglycemic inflammatory microenvironment and promote functional tissue regeneration in periodontitis in diabetes. The RNA sequencing of THP-1 on Polyphenol-Mediated Redox-Active Hydrogel with H2S Gaseous-Bioelectric Coupling was conducted to explore the underlying mechanism.
