Gene expression profile at single cell level of kidneys from RGMb flox/flox Lyz2 cre (RGMb mKO) & Lyz2 cre (Ctrl) mice with or with cisplatin (20mg/KG body weight for 72h)

ABSTRACT: Macrophages are considered as an important cell population during kidney injury. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the different population of macrophage in the injury kidney.
