CFGF23 alleviates kidney inflammatory gene signatures induced by sustained FGF23 signaling
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: RNA-seq was performed on the kidneys of Hyp-Duk mice (a model for lifelong elevated FGF23 levels) and Hyp-Duk mice harboring adeno-associated virus expressing cFGF23 (AAV-cFGF23). The kidneys of Hyp-Duk mice showed significantly elevated sustained-ERK signaling and concomitant key gene signatures of inflammation, which were significantly alleviated in the AAV-cFGF23 treated Hyp-Duk mice.
