ABSTRACT: To investigate the molecular mechanism underlying the involvement of GmPAP23 in intracellular phosphorus recycling, an transcriptomic analysis was performed using the mature leaves of WT and OX5 lines grown under P sufficient conditions at R6 stage,the comparison between WT and OX5 lines revealed that a total of 1658 DEGs were identified between WT and OX5 lines, of which 828 genes were upregulated and 830 genes were downregulated
