Infarcted brain tissues from Hilpda cKO brains at 3 days post-tMCAO
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Hypoxia-inducible protein 2 (HIG2), encoded by the gene hypoxia-inducible lipid droplet associated (Hilpda) is an important regulator of intracellular lipid metabolism and immune response. We conducted single cell RNA-seq transcriptome analysis of infarcted brain tissues from wild-type (WT) and conditional Hilpda knockout (cKO) mice at 3 days post-stroke to study the funtion of Hilpda in myeloid cells.
