Role of RXRg in NSC-derived OPCs and their differentiation

ABSTRACT: RXRg is positive regulator of oligodendrocyte progenitor (OPC) differentiation. To address molecular underpinnings of this regulation we performed analyses of the effects of RXRg deletion (RXRgKO) as a function of 24hrs T3 treatment (differentiation inducing factor) in neural stem cells derived OPCs.
