Landscape of the m6A modification and expression of circRNAs in MASH-related hepatocellular carcinoma
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: N6-methyladenosine (m6A) RNA methylation is the most abundant form of RNA modification in eukaryotes, and it affects various aspects of posttranscriptional regulation of circRNA functions. This study aims to elucidate the landscape of the m6A modification and expression of circRNAs in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH)-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) at the level of the epitranscriptomics and identify new potential therapeutic targets.
