Adult Sprague-Dawley Rat intestinal epithelium

ABSTRACT: The proximal small intestine of humans and rats contain a distinct cell type not represented in mouse intestine. We used scRNA-seq to analyze the transcriptional profile of CFTR High Expressers (CHEs) from adult male Sprague Dawley rat jejunal epithelium compared to other cells that arise from the secretory lineage.
