RNA sequencing of lung tissue from wildtype and hypoxia-induced pulmonary hypertension/hypoxia-induced pulmonary hypertension mice under aerobic exercise conditions
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a hemodynamic disorder defined as abnormally increased pulmonary artery pressure that could be caused by various etiologies. It has been evidenced that exercise training could benefit for patient with PH. However, the mechanism of exercise training induced cardiovascular protection in PH has not been clarified. This study is designed to explore the underlying mechanism of exercise training by RNA sequencing in a mouse PH model.
