Effect of vitamin D and K on osteoclast differentiation of bone marrow derived macrophages induced by RANKL
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: As essential nutrients for the human body, both vitamins D and K play important roles in bone health. However, little is known about the combined effect of vitamins D and K on osteoarthritis-related subchondral bone osteoclastogenesis. In this study, we aim to elucidate the underlying mechanisms of their synergistic effect in the RANKL-induced osteoclastogensis in vitro model.
